Key Responsibilities
Marketing Campaign Planning & Execution
- Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for Keeta in Kuwait, including seasonal campaigns (e.g., Ramadan, Eid), category-focused initiatives (beverages, desserts, healthy meals, group dining), user growth programs, and co-marketing activities with merchant partners.
- Develop campaign strategies aligned with business objectives, including campaign mechanics, customer discount structures, merchant subsidy plans, in-app resource allocation, and CRM/Push notification strategies.
- Manage end-to-end campaign delivery, from concept development and launch to performance evaluation and post-campaign analysis.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Design, Product, Operations, Business Development, and Data teams to ensure successful execution.
Merchant Marketing Operations
- Partner with key merchant brands to develop and execute joint marketing initiatives that drive order growth and increase brand visibility.
- Increase merchant participation in platform campaigns by enhancing subsidy contribution rates and campaign coverage.
- Design tailored marketing strategies for different merchant segments, including strategic brands, growth-focused merchants, and long-tail partners.
- Identify high-potential categories and merchant opportunities through a deep understanding of local dining trends and consumer behavior.
User Growth & Conversion Optimization
- Develop and implement user acquisition, activation, retention, and re-engagement strategies based on customer lifecycle stages and purchasing behavior.
- Improve campaign effectiveness through customer segmentation, personalized promotions, and data-driven optimization.
- Work closely with the Data team to measure campaign performance, generate actionable insights, and continuously improve marketing outcomes.
Localization & Market Insights
- Drive the localization of marketing campaigns by leveraging insights into Kuwaiti culture, seasonal events, consumer preferences, and market trends.
- Monitor competitor activities and market developments, producing regular market intelligence and performance reports.
- Create engaging, high-impact marketing initiatives by incorporating local social media trends and emerging consumer interests.
AI & Process Optimization
- Utilize AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, or equivalent platforms) to automate routine tasks, accelerate analysis, and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate effectively with AI-driven solutions to enhance work quality, productivity, and decision-making.
- Continuously refine human-AI workflows and take ownership of delivering measurable business outcomes through technology-enabled improvements.
