We are looking for a Customer Innovation Executive/Lead to support customer experience enhancement initiatives through quality assurance activities, customer feedback analysis, and service improvement coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Conduct quality checks on customer interactions across calls, emails, front desk, and virtual channels
✔ Support customer satisfaction surveys, reporting, and KPI tracking
✔ Handle customer feedback follow-ups and document findings accurately
✔ Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and service improvement insights
✔ Support customer service projects, training coordination, and stakeholder communication
✔ Maintain accurate records using CRM and customer service tools
Requirements:
🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
🔹 Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
🔹 Experience handling customer feedback and verification calls
🔹 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
🔹 Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, and reporting tools
🔹 Arabic language skills will be an advantage
🔹 Lead experience is a plus
