What’s a typical day as a Military Coordinator? You’ll be:
- Coordinating and booking military and consumer shipments, including arranging surveys, weights, and pre-approvals.
- Serving as the main contact for clients, providing updates and ensuring seamless communication throughout the shipment process.
- Entering and managing shipment information using company software and Microsoft Office.
- Addressing and resolving customer issues and complaints efficiently.
- Monitoring quality score compliance and supporting adherence to company and client standards.
- Managing payment methods, securing payment information, and handling billing tasks.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

- Bring proven experience in customer service and data entry (required).
