SUMMARY:
Our client, a reputable dealership in Centurion, is seeking an experienced New Vehicle Sales Executive with a strong background in Ford vehicle sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new vehicle sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining long-term client relationships.
POSITION INFO:
Description:
- Achieve and exceed monthly new vehicle sales targets
- Promote and sell new Ford vehicles to prospective customers
- Build and maintain a strong customer pipeline through networking and referrals
- Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives
- Negotiate pricing and structuring deals to close sales successfully
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Stay up to date with Ford product knowledge, specifications, and promotions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a New Vehicle Sales Executive
- Proven Ford sales experience is essential
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Customer-focused with effective customer satisfaction strategies
- Ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships
