About the Role: 

As our Operations & Administrative Coordinator, you will be instrumental in establishing and managing a new core function of the business. This is an evolving role designed for a proactive self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity. You will work directly with leadership—including the President and Manager—to bring structure, organization, and execution to our day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Support: Execute daily administrative and operational tasks to ensure business continuity.
  • Process Development: Help define, refine, and document new workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Coordination: Manage complex schedules, internal communications, and project timelines.
  • Project Assistance: Support ad hoc initiatives and special projects as the business scales.
  • Ownership: Take full accountability for tasks with minimal oversight, adapting to shifting priorities as the function evolves.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2–5 years in operations, administration, or project coordination.
  • Adaptability: Proven ability to thrive in unstructured, fast-evolving environments.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Mindset: A proactive, "owner" mentality with a high degree of organization and attention to detail.
  • Independence: Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a remote setting.

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting founders or C-suite leadership.
  • A background in startups or rapidly scaling businesses.
  • Experience working within remote, globally distributed teams.
