Job Description / Responsibility
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated Order Processing & Customer Support Executive to join our growing e-commerce company, TREKMAD. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth order flow—from processing customer purchases to coordinating fulfillment and delivery. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction by making sure every order is handled accurately, efficiently, and on time.
Note: This role requires close coordination with warehouse, courier partners, and customer service teams, as well as occasional after-hours monitoring during peak order periods.
Key Responsibilities
- Process online orders accurately across e-commerce platforms.
- Prepare invoices, packing lists, and order documentation.
- Track shipments, manage returns, and resolve delivery issues.
- Verify order details, payment status (COD/prepaid), and stock availability.
- Communicate with customers about order confirmation, shipping updates, or stock issues.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Handle exceptions (returns, failed COD, delays).
- Track shipments, resolve delivery exceptions, and update customers accordingly.
- Coordinate with warehouse/fulfillment team for timely order picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Maintain daily return entry to the inventory with proper documentation.
- Monitor and manage last-mile delivery partners for on-time delivery.
- Make sure returns/exchanges are processed smoothly in line with company policy.
- Ensure fulfillment KPIs (order accuracy, on-time delivery) are achieved.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Skills Required: Shopify, Order Execution, Google Sheets, Order Fulfillment, Internet browsing & online work ability.
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 3 year(s)

Additional Requirements
- Candidates currently pursuing their bachelor's degree are also encouraged to apply.
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in Customer Support and Order Processing, in E-commerce Operations.
- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to handle complaints professionally and empathetically.
- Good knowledge of order processing workflows, including order confirmation, invoicing, fulfillment coordination, and return/refund procedures.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, similar systems will be an advantage.
- Comfortable handling customer inquiries via phone calls, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, live chat, email, and other digital channels.
- Strong typing speed with high accuracy in data entry and order processing.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of courier management and shipment tracking processes is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, quick learner, and eager to adapt to new technologies and business processes.
