We are hiring Full-Time High-Energy Environment Customer Support Professionals to handle outbound customer service and appointment-setting calls. This is for people who know how to take control of a conversation, handle objections, and keep momentum.
This is a great opportunity for candidates who can follow a script without sounding scripted, think on your feet, and stay sharp through repetition.

Responsibilities
– Make a high volume of outbound calls daily
– Follow structured call flows and scripts while adapting naturally to each conversation
-Handle objections in real time and pivot confidently
– Accurately document call outcomes
– Maintain consistency, energy, and focus throughout your shift
– Provide professional, friendly customer interactions
– Meet quality and attendance expectations
Requirements
– Strong verbal communication skills with natural confidence on the phone
– Ability to handle high volume of voicemails without losing momentum
– Pleasant, upbeat phone presence
– Can follow a script but knows when and how to pivot
– Solid computer skills
– Customer service experience required
-Outbound call experience preferred
– Comfortable with repetitive work and maintaining performance standards
Work-From-Home Requirements
– Two monitors (minimum 1920×1080 resolution)
– PC (desktop preferred) with Windows 11 (64-bit)
– Minimum 16GB RAM and 4-core CPU
– USB headset
– Wired internet connection (25 Mbps minimum)
– Non-mechanical keyboard and mouse
– Dedicated, quiet workspace
Shifts Available
Must be flexible with schedule
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
