Job Description:

As an Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for the QUALITY & REVENUE of the outlet. From describing our services to the consumer to ensuring that the place and staff looks tidy, collecting payments from the guests, and upselling services, you are required to take complete ownership of the outlet. 

Timings-as a manager, you will handle the main shift at the outlet and will be responsible for the complete operation of the spa. That means, you will be required to monitor operations online at random intervals and review reports to ensure consistent service quality in your absence beyond your shift timings. That also means it will be your responsibility that your subordinates handle the place according to our specs and SOPs in your absence too.  Depending upon how busy the place gets, you might have to stretch your shifts or change your timings to suit important events or guest interactions, and you will have the flexibility of adjusting those hours during overlapping with other supervisors and staff on other days as long as somebody’s presence and operations are aligned. 

Quality-ensuring all systems and processes are implemented, all SOPs adhered to; deliver world-class quality & service, and achieve high customer satisfaction. This would involve completely managing operations-handling appointments, hygiene, coordinating with multiple departments at the hotel for support to avoid gaps in services. A detailed-oriented approach will be needed to deliver an unmatched customer experience. 

Revenue-collect revenue and bill in respective heads, daily reconciliation, achieve the targeted revenue by ensuring relevant branding of the spa within the hotel (like lobby, rooms and other places of walk-in), and coordinating with multiple departments like banquets and F&B for cross-promotions within the hotel. Also, work closely with the hotel’s sales and marketing team to run various offers and promotions for individual guests, corporates, events, and weddings, driving stronger customer engagement. 

Experience-previous experience in customer service, guest engagement, sales and operations (hospitality, F&B, aviation, banking, retail, beauty) preferred. Proven track-record of achieving high guest satisfaction & sales is a plus. Ability to handle conflicts within the team, and being able to constantly motivate them for high performance will be a key to success in this industry. 

Expectations-a highly disciplined individual with strong communication skills and a go-getter attitude, ability to handle a team of 8-10 people, strong work ethics and someone who can manage relationships across multiple departments. 

A strong sense of PROFESSIONALISM. Due to the nature of the business and multiple-stakeholders, we need strong candidates with strong integrity who might also be required to sign a document/cheque that might require the candidate to take full responsibility of cash & revenue handling and its proper reconciliation. We prefer professional candidates who are non-smokers.
