About the Opportunity

We are hiring on behalf of a leading healthcare organization in Saudi Arabia seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Patient Care Coordinator to join its team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering exceptional patient experiences while ensuring smooth coordination between patients, physicians, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the patient journey from initial consultation through follow-up care.
  • Schedule appointments, procedures, referrals, and diagnostic services.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring timely communication and support.
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and clinical teams to facilitate high-quality patient care.
  • Educate patients on treatment plans, procedures, medications, and follow-up instructions.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all documentation is complete and up to date.
  • Address patient concerns professionally and ensure a positive patient experience.
  • Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality, healthcare policies, and quality standards.
  • Support continuous quality improvement initiatives and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related healthcare field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Patient Care Coordination, Patient Relations, Medical Administration, or a similar healthcare role.
  • Previous experience in hospitals, medical centers, or specialized clinics is preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Hospital Information Systems (HIS/EMR) is an advantage.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
