Oraimo is looking for a Pre-sales Customer Service Representative to join our team and support our order verification and customer experience processes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review system-canceled orders and conduct manual verification

• Contact customers to reconfirm order details (name, phone, address, product, and purchase intent)

• Follow up on canceled/intercepted orders and work on recovering valid ones

• Apply retention techniques (coupons, rescheduling, policy clarification) to reduce cancellations

• Handle customer inquiries related to orders, products, payments, and delivery timelines

• Accurately record outcomes, feedback, and recovery results

• Coordinate with operations, logistics, and after-sales teams

• Support additional tasks assigned by management

Requirements:

• Strong Arabic communication skills (phone-based); basic English is a plus

• Experience in customer service, telesales, or e-commerce is preferred

• Excellent communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure

• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and documentation skills

• Familiar with MS Office, spreadsheets, and CRM systems
