JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a diligent and enthusiastic fresher to join our team as an RCM Customer Service Executive – Voice/Semi Voice. This role involves working closely with healthcare providers to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement for services rendered. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Make outbound calls to healthcare providers and insurers to follow up on claims and payments.
  • Investigate and resolve issues with denied or underpaid claims.
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions.
  • Conduct pre and post call analysis, documentation, and take appropriate actions to resolve tasks at first contact.
  • Update account-wise customer interactions daily.
  • Achieve critical performance targets.
  • Ensure efficiency in line with performance targets and process guidelines.
  • Identify the trends and add values to the project.
  • Improve the Cash flow and work towards reducing the Days in AR.
  • Reduce the number of touches on the claim.
  • Identify problems and document business requirements using industry knowledge and tools.
  • Follow client process workflows and HCL policy guidelines.

PROJECT BASED REQUIREMENTS:

  • Need to work on Night shift from 8 PM to 5 AM IST.
  • Candidates need to Adhere to the leave policy of HCL on US holidays.
  • Employees to take care of their transportation on own.
  • It’s a complete Work from Office environment.
  • Follow the break policy of 1 hours.
  • Appraisal cycle will be followed once a year.
  • Eligible for promotion after 18 months.

FORMAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Graduation (Non-IT)
  • 0 – 6 months of International Voice (Inbound/Outbound) process experience preferably in patient handling, Provider/DME AR calling.
