We are seeking a professional and well-organized Receptionist & Office Coordinator to manage front-desk operations and support daily administrative and office activities.
Key Responsibilities:
· Welcome and assist visitors in a professional manner
· Organize visitor flow and coordinate entry approvals
· Manage meeting room bookings
· Handle deliveries and office coordination tasks
· Provide administrative and secretarial support to departments
· Follow up on office maintenance and facility-related matters
· Maintain and update company database (clients, vendors, visitors)
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree
· 1–3 years of relevant experience
· Strong communication and organizational skills
· Good command of English
· Good presentation and professional appearance
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
