We are seeking dynamic, target-driven individuals to join our Consumer & Retail Products team as Relationship Officer – Autos, with a strong focus on Auto Loans acquisition and portfolio growth.
📌 Position Summary
As a Relationship Officer – Autos, your primary responsibility will be to drive Auto Loan sales, acquire new customers, and expand the bank’s auto financing portfolio. You will also cross-sell related banking products (including Personal Loans), ensure smooth processing, and deliver excellent customer service while building long-term client relationships.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Actively source and acquire Auto Loan customers through market visits, dealerships, and referrals
- Achieve monthly Auto Financing sales targets
- Build strong relationships with car dealerships and potential customers
- Cross-sell banking products (including Personal Loans and other retail products)
- Ensure complete documentation and smooth processing of Auto Loan applications
- Maintain high standards of customer service and follow-up for conversions
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree (Business/Finance preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in sales or customer service (Auto sales/financing experience preferred)
- Fresh graduates with strong sales potential may also be considered
