We are seeking a reliable Remote Call Center Representative to join our expanding remote team. In this role, you'll communicate with prospective customers, provide accurate information, and schedule appointments for licensed professionals across the United States. You'll play an important role in creating a positive customer experience while working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. Responsibilities
- Handle 350–450 outbound calls each day using our CRM and cloud-based dialing platform.
- Communicate professionally with prospective customers while building rapport and trust.
- Explain available services and answer general questions clearly and confidently.
- Schedule appointments accurately using internal scheduling and calendar systems.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and call outcomes within the CRM.
- Follow established call workflows and quality standards during every interaction.
- Meet daily productivity, quality, and appointment-setting objectives.
- Participate in virtual team meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training.
- Support additional customer communication and operational tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Strong English verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Professional, friendly, and customer-focused phone etiquette.
- Comfortable working in a high-volume outbound calling environment.
- Reliable computer or laptop, smartphone, and stable high-speed internet connection.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Previous experience in call centers, customer service, contact centers, outbound calling, appointment scheduling, telemarketing, or sales support is preferred but not required.
- Coachable, dependable, and committed to delivering a positive customer experience.
