Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Remote Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you'll connect with prospective customers, provide outstanding service during every interaction, and schedule appointments for licensed professionals across the United States. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, communicating over the phone, and working in a structured, goal-driven environment. You'll receive comprehensive training and ongoing support while building a rewarding remote career.
Responsibilities
- Make 350–450 outbound calls daily using our CRM and cloud-based dialing system.
- Deliver friendly, professional, and customer-focused service on every call.
- Explain appointment details clearly and answer general customer questions.
- Schedule appointments accurately using internal booking software.
- Follow established call procedures while maintaining natural, engaging conversations.
- Record customer information, call outcomes, and appointment details within the CRM.
- Consistently achieve daily productivity and quality standards.
- Participate in virtual coaching sessions, team meetings, and ongoing training.
- Provide additional customer support and administrative assistance as needed.
Qualifications
- Excellent English communication and active listening skills.
- Strong customer service mindset with a professional phone presence.
- Comfortable speaking with a high volume of customers throughout the day.
- Reliable computer or laptop, smartphone, and high-speed internet connection.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and remain productive in a remote setting.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, phone support, retail, hospitality, appointment scheduling, or outbound calling is preferred but not required.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn new systems and processes.
