What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

- Accurately document all patient interactions while maintaining professionalism and empathy
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills
- Ability to multitask: listen, speak, and type simultaneously
- Comfortable using Microsoft Windows and computer-based systems
- Previous customer service, call center, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus
