The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in customer support or a related field and is comfortable working remotely with reliable internet and necessary hardware. Attention to detail in data entry and documentation using tools like Microsoft Suite/Google Sheets is essential. The position requires strong time management and problem resolution abilities to efficiently manage multiple customer interactions while maintaining quality and professionalism in all communications.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat to provide accurate information and assistance.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets to record interactions, track issues, and update customer accounts systematically.
