Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic Remote Outbound Caller to join our growing remote team. In this role, you'll contact prospective customers, introduce available services, and schedule appointments for licensed professionals across the United States. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy talking with people, staying productive in a fast-paced environment, and achieving measurable goals. Responsibilities

  • Place 350–450 outbound calls daily using our CRM and cloud-based dialing system.
  • Connect with prospective customers and communicate clearly in a professional manner.
  • Introduce available services and explain the purpose of scheduled appointments.
  • Qualify interested individuals using established guidelines.
  • Schedule appointments accurately through internal booking and calendar systems.
  • Document customer interactions, call outcomes, and appointment details within the CRM.
  • Meet daily call volume, quality, and appointment-setting objectives.
  • Participate in virtual team meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training.
  • Assist with additional outreach and operational support as needed.

Qualifications

  • Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.
  • Friendly, confident, and professional phone presence.
  • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls throughout the workday.
  • Reliable computer or laptop, smartphone, and dependable high-speed internet connection.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity in a remote environment.
  • Previous experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, customer service, sales, lead generation, appointment setting, or call center operations is an advantage but not required.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
