We are seeking a professional Remote Phone Representative to join our growing remote team. In this role, you'll communicate with prospective customers by phone, provide information about available services, and schedule appointments for licensed professionals across the United States. Responsibilities
- Make 350–450 outbound calls daily using company-provided CRM and dialing software.
- Engage prospective customers with confidence, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
- Explain the purpose of each call and answer general questions accurately.
- Schedule appointments using internal booking and calendar systems.
- Follow approved call scripts while maintaining natural and engaging conversations.
- Document customer interactions, appointment details, and call outcomes within the CRM.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and quality goals.
- Participate in virtual training sessions, coaching, and team meetings.
- Assist with additional phone support and customer outreach tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal English communication skills.
- Professional phone etiquette and strong active listening abilities.
- Comfortable spending the workday speaking with prospective customers.
- Reliable computer or laptop, smartphone, and stable high-speed internet connection.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain motivated and productive while working remotely.
- Previous experience in phone support, customer service, outbound calling, appointment setting, telesales, contact centers, or call center operations is helpful but not required.
- Positive attitude, coachability, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
