Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Create structured deliverables based on real-world retail sales supervision and store operations workflows
- Develop operational scenarios involving customer engagement, sales coordination, team supervision, and store performance processes
- Review peer-created deliverables for operational accuracy, retail realism, and execution quality
- Translate retail management workflows into organized documentation and process-driven task structures
- Contribute expertise across sales floor operations, customer service execution, and retail performance evaluation
- Support workflow benchmarking standards within retail operations and customer-facing environments
Core Requirements
- Strong background in retail sales supervision, store operations, or customer-facing commercial environments
- Experience overseeing sales teams, operational targets, or in-store workflow execution
- Ability to structure real-world retail processes into concise written deliverables
- Excellent written communication with strong grammar, clarity, and operational precision
- Strong customer-oriented judgment and process management capabilities
- Comfortable working independently within deadline-driven project environments
Additional Strengths
- Exposure to retail performance reporting, workforce scheduling, or operational coordination processes
- Familiarity with POS systems, retail management platforms, or customer operations tools
