Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Retail Salesperson role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Retail Salesperson will welcome customers, understand their needs, and guide them toward suitable home textile products while providing accurate information about features, materials, and care instructions. Daily responsibilities include maintaining product displays, ensuring store cleanliness, handling point-of-sale transactions, and managing stock on the sales floor. The role also involves responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and supporting promotional activities to drive sales. The Retail Salesperson collaborates with the store team to meet sales targets and uphold Lilly Home’s standards for service and presentation.

- Candidates should possess basic numeracy and cash-handling skills, with attention to detail in processing transactions.
- Previous experience in retail, textiles, or home goods is beneficial.

- Reliable time management, teamwork, and a professional, customer-oriented attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in retail or sales is a plus.
