Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Sales Assistant, located at GMBB at Jalan Robertson in Kuala Lumpur City.
Job Summary
To support the daily operations of the retail store, focusing on customer service, sales, and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greeting customers, providing assistance in finding products, answering inquiries, and building relationships.
- Sales & Cashiering: Processing payments, promoting products.
- Store Maintenance: Keeping the store clean, organised, and creating appealing product displays.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year in retail sales is required.
- Familiarity with the GR136 brand and the EveryDayCarry subculture is an added advantage.
- Possess a positive attitude, punctual, good communication and time management skills, responsible, and a team player.
- Must be able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
