About the job
We are hiring experienced and motivated Travel Advisors to join our growing team. If you have strong English communication skills, experience handling customer interactions, and knowledge of GDS systems and flight bookings, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound customer chats and calls professionally and efficiently
• Assist clients with flight reservations, modifications, cancellations, and travel inquiries
• Use GDS systems to search, book, and manage flight itineraries
• Provide excellent customer service and travel solutions
• Resolve customer concerns while maintaining high service standards
• Accurately document customer interactions and booking details
Requirements:
• Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Previous experience in travel, airline, or customer support is preferred
• Hands-on experience with GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, or similar)
• Strong knowledge of flight booking processes
• Ability to work rotational and overnight shifts
• Good problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Professional attitude and customer-focused mindset
