🛍️ Sales Assistant (2 Positions)
As a Sales Assistant, you’ll be the face of the Sand Dollar brand, creating an exceptional shopping experience for every customer while delivering the outstanding service we’re known for.
Key Responsibilities
· Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with customers.
· Assist customers with product selection and styling advice.
· Process sales transactions accurately.
· Achieve individual and team sales targets.
· Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
· Replenish stock and assist with inventory management.
· Support promotions, new product launches and store events.
· Represent the Sand Dollar brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Requirements
· Previous retail sales experience is essential.
· Previous customer service experience.
· Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
· Positive, confident and professional approach.
· Passion for fashion and luxury retail.
· Strong team player with a proactive attitude.
📦 Stockroom Assistant (1 Position)
Our Stockroom Assistant is an essential part of the Sand Dollar team, ensuring stock is received, organised and dispatched efficiently to support both our boutiques and online customers.
Key Responsibilities
· Receive, check and organise incoming deliveries.
· Pick customer orders accurately.
· Maintain an organised, clean and efficient stockroom.
· Assist with stock counts and inventory management.
· Support stock transfers and replenishment for retail stores.
· Report stock discrepancies or damaged goods promptly.
· Work closely with the retail team to ensure stock availability.
Requirements
· Previous warehouse, stockroom or retail stock experience preferred.
· Fluent English with good communication skills.
· Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
· Reliable, hardworking and physically capable of handling stock.
· Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
