A well-established technical solutions and equipment business is looking for an experienced Service Centre Manager to lead its service and repairs division. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, managing technical teams, overseeing repairs and support functions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily Service Centre operations and performance
Oversee equipment repairs, technical support, and quality control
Lead and develop technical and administrative teams
Manage customer relationships and service delivery
Drive operational efficiencies, reporting, and stock control
Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Technical, or related field
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar management role
Strong technical understanding of servicing technical equipment/instruments
Experience managing teams, processes, and customer relationships
Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
Experience within technical, industrial, mining, construction, or geospatial environments advantageous
Advantageous
Experience with technical service management systems
Exposure to highly technical equipment and instrumentation
