Role Description The Service Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in the United Arab Emirates, responsible for organizing and overseeing printer service activities. This role involves scheduling and tracking service calls, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring timely maintenance and repairs for office and production printers. The Service Coordinator communicates regularly with customers to confirm service requirements, provide status updates, and address basic inquiries or concerns. Daily tasks include maintaining service records, monitoring inventory of consumables and spare parts, and collaborating with operations and sales teams to support smooth service delivery. The role also includes identifying recurring issues, helping optimize service processes, and contributing to a positive customer experience.
Qualifications

  • Strong Service Coordination skills with the ability to schedule, prioritize, and track multiple service requests.
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to work effectively with customers, technicians, and internal teams.
  • Experience in Operations Management or service operations, preferably within technical or equipment-based environments.
  • Proven Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and maintaining professional relationships.
  • Basic understanding of office and production printers or willingness to learn technical product details.
  • Proficiency in using office software and service management tools for documentation and reporting.
  • Ability to work on-site in the United Arab Emirates and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant diploma or degree in business, operations, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in a coordination or service role is an advantage.
