Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Soft Service Manager. The Soft Service Manager will oversee and implement the delivery of services such as cleaning, pest control, landscaping, and waste management within client facilities. Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring compliance with company standards, developing operational plans, maintaining budgets, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. The candidate will also conduct regular inspections, manage resources efficiently, and address client concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in soft services management, including cleaning, pest control, and landscaping operations
  • Strong skills in resource management, team leadership, and staff training
  • Experience in compliance management, health & safety regulations, and setting operational standards
  • Ability to create and manage budgets, perform cost analysis, and optimize resource usage
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in reporting, performance tracking, and ensuring overall client satisfaction
  • Understanding of sustainability practices, green initiatives, and environmental impact considerations is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience working within the GCC region or in a multicultural work environment is advantageous
