- To analyse and evaluate calls and loans
- Providing effective feedback and coaching to production associates
- Ensuring that the product and process is frequently refreshed to employees
- Auditing carried out as a primary activity
- Analysis on trends observed for the process
- Updating of data captured through monitoring into the reports maintained for the process
- Be result oriented & high on initiative
- Need to conduct Team Huddle
Skills required:
- Good Communication Skills
- Excellent Product Knowledge
- Good in MS-Excel, Word
- Good analytical skills
- Able to get on with others and be a team-player
