Job Description
- E-Communication & E-Service : to operate day to day activities of e-communication & e-service including response email enquiry, Live chat, VDO chat, service thru Line by engage using digital asset and Social media.
- Customer Correspondences & Form : To provide customer correspondences & form upon customer request.
- To be a coordinator to resolve customer issue with proper solution thru e-communication channel.
- Responsible for individual productivity of e-communication such as adherence time, Productivity/day.
- To be a coordinator to resolve customer issue with proper solution.
- To be company’s representative and provide best after sale service and be the clarifier to the customers, do not create the negative feeling to the customers.
- Responsible for quality of e-communication service by handle service queuing effectively, improve SLA pending case response rate, 1st contact resolution in order to build long term relationship with customer and improve customer scope.
- Service quality aligned with KAL's high standards – "Fast, Clear, and With Love"
- Requests are completed with ease and within SLA commitment.
- Responsible for 1st contact resolution by provide the right solution in the right time and with anticipated in order to prevent repeated contact.
- Be able to work with customer centricity mindset, flexible and accept changes according to company direction from time to time
- Multi-tasking required in order to support each other within Customer Care Center as well as within organization such as support peak of call from seasoning.
Qualifications
- Preferred experience in service of insurance business minimum 2 years,
- Service mind , Flexible
- Problem solving skill
- Good communication especially written skill.
