Qualifications:
- Graduate in any major with minimum diploma & minimum GPA 2.75.
- Fluent in English both written and verbal.
- Experience in the same role minimum 6 month.
- Willing to work in shifting schedule especially permanent night shift.
- Handle email & live chat, additional outbound call for Team Leader.
- Cooperate with the implementation of project delivery, monitor team service quality and efficiency, and promote the achievement of KPI.
- Highly sensitive to customer complaints, able to anticipate and properly handle unexpected situations.
- Good at organizing performance coaching for staff in the team, implementing performance to excellence and controlling staff turnover.
- Willing to be placed in Yogyakarta.
- Available to join immediately.
