Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage a team of Call Center Representatives.
- Monitor call quality, productivity, and performance metrics.
- Handle escalated customer issues from international clients.
- Prepare and present performance reports to management.
- Maintain compliance with international service standards and SLAs.
- Motivate the team and maintain a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or related field.
- 2–4 years’ experience in an BPO / call center.
- Minimum 1 year leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Excellent English communication and leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of call center KPIs and CRM systems.
- Ability to analyze team performance and improve efficiency.
