Roles & Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage a team of Call Center Representatives.
  • Monitor call quality, productivity, and performance metrics.
  • Handle escalated customer issues from international clients.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to management.
  • Maintain compliance with international service standards and SLAs.
  • Motivate the team and maintain a positive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or related field.
  • 2–4 years’ experience in an BPO / call center.
  • Minimum 1 year leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Excellent English communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong understanding of call center KPIs and CRM systems.
  • Ability to analyze team performance and improve efficiency.
