To maintain competitive advantage as we grow, we are currently looking for a new Field Support Specialist:
Job purpose:
Process tickets related to installation, replacement, pull-out and maintenance within assigned SLA and according to the guidelines across Gidea Egypt’s GBB and GMB areas
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
- Receive and process tickets related to installation, replacement, pull-out and maintenance on EPOS mobile app
- Ensure tickets are processed and completed within SLA
- Update ticket status on EPOS
Must Have Technical / Professional Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any major.
- Fresh grads are welcome to apply
- Must have a Motorcycle.
- Track record of meeting SLAs
- Track record showing good technical fundamentals.
