Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.
About The Position
Wynn Al Marjan Island is looking for a Telemarketer to join our Gaming Marketing Services Team.
Responsibilities
The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:
- Conduct outbound and take inbound calls to existing and potential guests to promote:
- Gaming programs and incentives
- Special events, tournaments, and promotions
- VIP and loyalty program benefits
- Maintain and grow a database of qualified gaming customers through consistent follow-up and relationship management
- Achieve individual and team targets related to call volume, conversions, and revenue contribution
- Provide guests with accurate information about:
- Gaming offerings
- Resort amenities
- Promotions and packages
- Record all guest interactions in CRM systems with detailed notes and updates
- Identify high-value players and escalate opportunities to Gaming Hosts or VIP Services
- Handle guest inquiries professionally and resolve concerns or escalate when necessary
- Collaborate with Marketing, Gaming Operations, and VIP teams to align campaigns and outreach strategies
About You
- Previous experience in telemarketing, call centre, or customer service (gaming or hospitality is a must)
- Strong sales, persuasion, and communication skills
- Fluent in English and multi-lingual (additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, Hindi, or Mandarin preferred)
- Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics
- Proficient in Opera, CRM and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs
