Key Responsibilities:
- Establish good relationships with tenants.
- Serve as a liaison between tenants and management.
- Handle tenant complaints and requests.
- Monitor tenant operations.
- Coordinate with relevant departments regarding tenant needs.
- Compile tenant activity and follow-up reports.
- Prepare administrative documentation for tenant or customer complaint follow-up.
- Implement all policies, instructions, tasks, and directives as determined by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma 3 or Bachelor's degree in any major, preferably Communications, Management, or Hospitality.
- 1-2 years of experience in Tenant Relations, Customer Service, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Able to handle complaints professionally and provide solutions.
- Strong administrative skills.
- Thorough, responsive, proactive, and proficient in Microsoft Office.
