Role Description The Travel Services Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Karāchi, responsible for supporting clients with domestic and international travel planning and execution. Day-to-day tasks include handling flight bookings, hotel reservations, land transportation, and coordinating tour itineraries in line with client requirements and company standards. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, resolving travel-related issues, and ensuring timely communication through phone, email, and in-person interactions. The specialist will collaborate with local and overseas associates to manage complex itineraries, monitor booking changes, and provide accurate travel information such as fares, schedules, and visa-related guidance. This position requires attention to detail, adherence to company policies, and continuous focus on delivering reliable, customer-centered travel services.
Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service skills, including client communication, problem solving, and service recovery.
  • Practical experience in Travel Services and Travel Management, with familiarity in booking systems and itinerary coordination.
  • Ability to organize Guided Tours and manage structured Travel Arrangements for individuals and groups.
  • Knowledge of domestic and international travel regulations, airline policies, and basic visa and documentation requirements.
  • Proficiency with reservation and ticketing software (e.g., GDS), MS Office, and email communication tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills, accuracy in data entry, and the ability to handle multiple tasks under time pressure.
  • Previous experience in a travel agency or corporate travel environment preferred; relevant certification or diploma in travel or tourism is a plus.
