3. Responsibilities:
• Present and sell tailored insurance policies to new clients
• Develop customized insurance plans based on individual client needs
• Manage existing policies to ensure alignment with client goals
• Address client inquiries and resolve challenges professionally
4. Requirements:
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills to prioritize and multitask
• Ability to build trust and maintain meaningful client relationships
• Strong negotiation skills and confidence in closing sales
• Proficiency with Google Drive and excellent written and verbal communication
• Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance and demeanor
• Must be a U.S. resident or citizen, physically located and legally authorized to work in the United States
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• Annual compensation potential up to $300,000+ per year (driven through renewals and a competitive bonus structure)
