Your Impact
As a key member of the Partner Services team, the Partner Success Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the successful delivery of industrial automation services. This position is responsible for managing the administrative, documentation, and coordination aspects of the Partner Services business, enabling the Service teams to focus on technical support, customer relationships, and strategic decision-making.
This role is well-suited for an individual looking to grow into a Project Manager position over time, gaining hands-on exposure to automation projects, service operational execution, and cross-functional collaboration.
What You’ll Be Doing
Service Administration & Coordination
• Support the Partner Service team in the planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout of industrial automation service work.
• Take ownership of order execution ensuring a smooth handoff from our front end team and a positive customer experience.
• Assist in developing and maintaining service schedules, budgets, and resource forecasts.
• Prepare customer business status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Organize and maintain customer records and technical documentation in accordance with company standards.
Cross-Functional Communication
• Act as a central point of coordination between engineering, procurement, manufacturing for Partner Services.
• Support internal and external customer review meetings.
• Assist with customer communication by coordinating document exchanges, meeting schedules, and progress updates as needed.
• Coordinate with supply chain and suppliers to track material orders, delivery dates, and documentation.
Service Controls & Support
• Help ensure service execution and projects adhere to internal processes, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
• Support resource planning and scheduling activities under the guidance of the Service Manager.
Continuous Improvement & Development
• Participate in process improvement initiatives within the Partner Services team and Project Management Office.
• Identify opportunities to improve administrative tools, templates, and workflows.
• Gain exposure to leadership activities with the intent of progressive responsibility growth into a Project Manager role.
• Support project handoffs and post-project reviews with lesson-learned documentation.

Level of Autonomy and Authority
• Works under general direction of a Service Manager, following established processes and guidelines.
• Accountable for accuracy and timeliness of project documentation and coordination activities.
• Escalates risks, schedule conflicts, and issues to the Service Manager as required.
• Makes day-to-day administrative and coordination decisions independently.
• Increasing responsibility and autonomy as experience and capability grow.
Key Requirements
• Post-secondary education in engineering, engineering technology, business, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in a project coordination, engineering support, or administrative role within an industrial or automation environment.
• Working knowledge of industrial automation systems and terminology is an asset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint; AutoCAD exposure is an asset.
• Experience and exposure with ERP and CRM tools; i.e. Microsoft Dynamics
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and documentation is an asset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel occasionally to customer sites, as required.

Career Progression: This role offers a clear development path into a Project Manager position based on demonstrated performance, project exposure, and professional growth within the organization.
The expected compensation range for this position is $57,600 – $79,200. This range includes base pay and target variable pay. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and experience. We also consider internal equity to ensure fair and consistent pay practices. This range reflects the expected full compensation range for the role; most offers will fall within the range and not at the maximum in order to allow for future growth.
