Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Support role for English-speaking accounts, based in New Cairo, Egypt. The role involves delivering excellent customer service by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Responsibilities include providing technical support, addressing customer concerns over the phone, and maintaining professional communication standards in line with company protocols.

💰 Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: 20,800 EGP Net (KPIs included)
  • Performance bonus secured for your first 3 months
  • Fully paid training
  • Free transportation, including door-to-door drop-off for female employees after 8 PM

✅ Requirements:

  • English level: B2/C1 (fluent)
  • Flexibility for Night/Overnight shifts
  • Open to University Graduates only ( No Under graduates opportunities for the time being)
  • Available for immediate start
