What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 1–3+ years in a call centre, customer service, customer success, or client-facing role
- Mindset: Competitive, target-driven, and motivated by progression and earning potential
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and confidence speaking with people daily
- Eligibility: EU Passport or Stamp 4 Visa required
Total Compensation
- Base + Uncapped Commission (Paid monthly) + Additional Bonuses
- Average Earnings: Year 1: €47,000+, Year 2: €71,000+, Year 3: €105,000+
