About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager to join a growing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
As a Customer Service Manager, you will support and guide customer service advisors to deliver exceptional customer experiences while ensuring performance targets and service standards are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and support a team of customer service advisors
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback
- Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times
- Support onboarding and training of new team members
- Manage daily workloads, schedules, and team productivity
- Track KPIs and performance targets
- Work closely with management to improve processes and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records and reports using CRM systems
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service or team leader role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Positive attitude with strong leadership qualities
- Target-driven and customer-focused mindset
Desirable Skills
- Experience in a call centre or contact centre environment
- Coaching or mentoring experience
- Bilingual skills are advantageous
