About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager to join a growing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.

As a Customer Service Manager, you will support and guide customer service advisors to deliver exceptional customer experiences while ensuring performance targets and service standards are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and support a team of customer service advisors
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback
  • Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
  • Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times
  • Support onboarding and training of new team members
  • Manage daily workloads, schedules, and team productivity
  • Track KPIs and performance targets
  • Work closely with management to improve processes and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records and reports using CRM systems

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service or team leader role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Positive attitude with strong leadership qualities
  • Target-driven and customer-focused mindset

Desirable Skills

  • Experience in a call centre or contact centre environment
  • Coaching or mentoring experience
  • Bilingual skills are advantageous
