The Role

An established Irish fashion retailer is looking for a Customer Service & Online Operations Executive to join its head office team.

This is a varied, hands-on role combining customer service, online order support and day-to-day website administration. It would suit someone who has a genuine interest in fashion, enjoys helping customers and is comfortable working across a mix of customer queries, online orders and website updates.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Online Orders

  • Manage customer queries primarily by email
  • Respond to customers in a professional, helpful and timely manner
  • Liaise with stores to locate stock when products are unavailable online
  • Process refunds and exchanges for online orders
  • Resolve customer issues and ensure a positive experience from initial query through to resolution
  • Support customers with queries relating to orders, products, deliveries, returns and availability

Website & Online Operations

  • Update product imagery, descriptions and information across the website
  • Add and maintain accurate product details
  • Support day-to-day website merchandising and product presentation
  • Ensure website content is accurate, up to date and visually consistent
  • Complete general website administration and content updates
  • Work closely with the wider team to ensure new products and updates are reflected correctly online

Wider Team Support

  • Provide support across the wider head office team when required
  • Assist with general marketing and administrative tasks
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across head office and the retail store network

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, online operations or a similar role
  • A genuine interest in fashion
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage a varied workload
  • A helpful, positive and customer-focused approach
  • Confidence working with online systems and learning new platforms
  • Experience using HubSpot or another CRM or customer service platform would be an advantage
  • Previous exposure to website administration, online orders or product uploads would be beneficial
  • A team-focused approach and willingness to support colleagues when needed
