- Location: Malad, Mumbai, Maharashtra
- Job Type: Full-Time | 24/7 Rotational Shifts
- Salary: ₹28,000 In-Hand per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and concerns through chat in a professional and timely manner
- Provide product/service information, troubleshoot issues, and ensure first-contact resolution
- Maintain high CSAT scores and meet defined KPIs
- Accurately log interactions and update CRM systems
- Collaborate with team leads to improve customer experience
- Adhere to process guidelines, data privacy, and compliance standards
What We Are Looking For:
- Qualification: Graduate – Mandatory
- Experience: Prior experience in Customer Service/BPO – Mandatory
- Preferred: Banking/Financial process experience – Added Advantage
Other Requirements:
- Excellent written English communication and typing speed
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in 24/7 rotational shifts
- 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Week Offs
- UAN Check: Mandatory
