What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Provide timely responses to customer inquiries via telephone and email
- Open, maintain, and resolve customer care tickets by recording issues and account information
- Manage a high volume of incoming emails and calls using computer technology
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer experiences and determining solutions
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to maintain service standards
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Proven customer support experience, ideally in the automotive industry
- Strong phone contact handling skills, empathy, and active listening
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school diploma (or equivalent) and at least 1 year of experience; post-secondary education may substitute for experience
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
- Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Familiarity with automotive services or products
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to adapt to different types of customers
