Qualifications
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal (C1 level Minimum).
- Experience with Shopify
- Enthusiastic, positive attitude, eager to work with others and solve problems.
- Prior customer service or communication experience preferred
- Ability to problem-solve independently
- Comfortable learning new systems quickly
- Positive attitude and willingness to grow with the company
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer support emails and messages in a professional and friendly
manner
- Assist customers with shipping questions and order tracking
- Help process damaged product claims when appropriate
- Answer basic product and ingredient questions using provided documentation
- Maintain clear communication with internal team members
- Escalate unusual or complex issues when necessary
- Deliver a positive customer experience that aligns with the brand voice
