As our team in Sofia is growing, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Customer Service Specialist
Key Responsibilities
- Enter customer orders into the ERP system and ensure accuracy
- Check product availability and verify customer account details
- Communicate order status, shipping dates, and potential delays to clients
- Maintain accurate records of orders and correspondence
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and claims
- Support administrative tasks related to client management
- Collaborate with warehouse staff when needed
Requirements
- Professional experice as customer service specialist – 2 years (min)
- Previous experience with customer orders import into a software
- Previous experience with tracking the process between customer order placement and order delivery
- University degree (business, logistics, or a related field is an advantage)
- Basic level of English language. Mandatory work language – Bulgarian language
- Experience with ERP systems (Dynamics 365 is a plus)
- Strong MS Office skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
