We are seeking a Customer Success Representative to join AvaTrade's global team and provide exceptional service and support to customers worldwide.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers across global markets.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English (spoken and written) – mandatory.
  • Additional language(s) – an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, or a similar role – an advantage.

Additional Information:

  • Office-based role (minimum 4 days per week).
  • Rotating shifts: 07:00–16:00 | 09:00–18:00 | 10:00–19:00 | 12:00–21:00 | 14:00–23:00.
