We are seeking a Customer Success Representative to join AvaTrade's global team and provide exceptional service and support to customers worldwide.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers across global markets.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Fluent English (spoken and written) – mandatory.
- Additional language(s) – an advantage.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, or a similar role – an advantage.
Additional Information:
- Office-based role (minimum 4 days per week).
- Rotating shifts: 07:00–16:00 | 09:00–18:00 | 10:00–19:00 | 12:00–21:00 | 14:00–23:00.
