A global logistics leader is building its India support centre and has partnered with Flexiple to hire its early team. You will keep customers informed and confident as shipments and orders move around the world. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.
Role Overview
As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the day-to-day point of contact for customers, tracking issues to resolution and keeping communication clear when timelines are tight.
Key Responsibilities
Support Delivery
- Respond to customer queries on orders, shipments, and accounts
- Track and resolve issues, coordinating with internal teams as needed
- Keep customers updated proactively until each issue is closed
Records & Follow-up
- Maintain accurate case notes and status across the queue
- Flag delays or risks early so they can be managed before they escalate
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 1 to 5 years in customer support, operations support, or a service role
- Clear written and spoken English and a calm, organised manner
- Comfort coordinating across teams to get things done
- A reliable remote-work setup and comfort with support tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce operations
- Familiarity with helpdesk or ticketing tools
- Comfort working across time zones when needed
