We are seeking for a motivated and customer-oriented Software Support Specialist with accounting and bookkeeping knowledge to join our growing support team.
The successful candidate will provide technical and functional support to customers using our accounting and payroll software solutions, assist with software implementation, and deliver high-quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide telephone, remote, and on-site customer support.
- Assist clients with operating accounting and payroll software.
- Troubleshoot software issues and provide timely solutions.
- Guide customers on bookkeeping procedures and software best practices.
- Perform customer training and software demonstrations.
- Liaise with the development team regarding software enhancements and reported issues.
- Maintain accurate records of support cases and customer communications.
- Participate in software testing before new releases.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Bookkeeping, Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Practical knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Previous experience in accounting software support will be considered a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Good command of Greek and English (written and spoken).
- Excellent computer literacy and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Valid driving licence.
Desirable Skills
- Experience using accounting software.
- Knowledge of payroll processes.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows.
