Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Representative role based in Damascus.
- The Telesales Representative will contact prospective and existing patients by phone, introduce Kristal Clinic’s dental and cosmetic dentistry services, and explain treatment options and promotions.
- Responsibilities include answering inquiries, providing accurate information about services and pricing, and guiding callers through appointment booking and follow-up processes.
- The role involves maintaining detailed records of calls and outcomes, working closely with the clinic’s customer service and clinical teams, and meeting individual and team sales targets.
- The Telesales Representative will also support ongoing patient engagement efforts and participate in training sessions to stay updated on new services and procedures.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills in English, including clear phone etiquette and the ability to explain services and procedures accurately.
- Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide a positive patient experience.
- Sales skills, including negotiation, persuasion, and the ability to meet or exceed telesales targets.
- Training experience or willingness to participate in regular training to learn about new services and improve telesales techniques.
- Fluency in relevant local languages; proficiency in English or other languages is an advantage.
- Comfort using call management systems, CRM tools, and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work on-site in Damascus, manage time effectively, and collaborate with clinical and administrative teams.
- Previous experience in telesales, call centers, or healthcare-related customer contact roles is preferred.
