⚙️ What You’ll Do

💬 Support Customers

  • You'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them through email, chat, phone, and other support channels. You'll investigate issues, provide clear and empathetic solutions, and take ownership of customer cases from start to resolution while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

🤝 Be Part of the Team

  • You'll work closely with teammates and Team Leads to deliver exceptional service and support day-to-day operations. Collaboration, knowledge sharing, and maintaining accurate documentation will be an important part of your role.

🚀 Learn & Improve

  • We're building a modern Customer Operations team and continuous improvement is part of our culture. You'll help identify recurring issues, contribute ideas to improve workflows and customer experience, and learn how AI-powered support operations work in practice.

🤝 What You’ll Bring

  • 1+ year of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, or similar customer-facing roles.
  • Strong communication skills in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer orientation.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership.
  • Experience with customer support platforms such as Zendesk or similar tools.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced and evolving environments.
